*SPARK level only allows for one (1) load. If you want to reload again your card you will need to upgrade to SPARK PLUS, or

**The TOTAL maximum quantity of cards is four (4), per phone number and person, independently of the card level.

You only need to upload to your client area the following documentation:

If you are a Spanish citizen

National ID (DNI) on both sides

If you are not a Spanish citizen

Pick 1 document from each list:

LIST A – PROOF OF IDENTIFICATION

  • Passport
  • EU National ID
  • EU Driving License
  • Spanish Residence Card (NIE)

LIST B – PROOF OF ADDRESS

  • Certificate of Empadronamiento
  • Utility Bill (telephone, gas, electricity, water) less than 3 months old
  • Bank Statement less than 3 months old

Note: You cannot send the same document to fulfill both requirements.
